Hello Friends! As you may know, we are deactivating our Facebook group for DFA technical support permanently. As we have grown over the last five years an increasing number of photographers who participate and engage with us have expressed frustration at Facebook being the primary way they can ask questions or get help.
With the launch of our searchable DFA knowledge base, the option to now DM us via our primary Facebook page or Instagram, and the ability to submit a support ticket directly to our team, it is time to close the group. It’s been incredible getting to know so many of you over the years and I look forward to engaging with you all via Instagram/Facebook DM and through our support email as many of you already do.
