When I retired from teaching high school for 25 years, I was looking for a new passion to keep me vital and active. My travels led me to photography after my friends kept telling me I had a 'good eye'. I bought my first DSLR at age 67! If someone had told me I would be in a second career and having the time of my life at this age, I would have done the Elaine Benas of Seinfeld shove with a big "shut up!" I'm in love with travel photography. When I'm home I do as much portraiture and documentary family photography as possible. Having 9 grandchildren helps a lot!
