From Matipó (mine interior), with a half-beautiful accent, but living in Montes Claros a little more than ten years ago, I consider myself as mining north … of those who enjoy the sun and the sertão with gusto. And it was here that I began my journey as a photographer and conquered all that I have and all that I am.

After years of having a photographic studio and living more as a company than as a photographer, I was reborn and rediscovered in documentary photography, which you can follow more closely here and in my social networks. But here I tell you what documentary photography is for me: to be committed to capturing the sincerity of the moment, without leaving the aesthetics, sensitivity, and delicacy that I carry in the eyes … Beauty and details are fundamental parts, but without the truth of the moment, everything loses its value.
